ElMac - Birds of no Nation

Este mural lo acaba de terminar ElMac para la séptima trienal de arte contemporáneo que se celebra en Australia, no dejaría de ser nada más que un nuevo y genial mural del artista si no fuera por que está realizado en colaboración con Shamsia Hassani la primera y seguramente la única mujer grafitera Afgana en la actualidad. El mural, Birds of no nation ( Aves de ninguna nación) la representa a ella misma con las palmas de las manos alzadas, el poema en árabe y la ornamentación han sido pintados por Shamsia.

El poema escrito por Shamsia dice así: 

Aves de ninguna nación,

 ¿son todos cautivos, 

al igual que yo?, 

sin voz para cantar.

This mural it just finished by ElMac for the seventh triennial of contemporary art held in Australia, it would be nothing more than a cool new mural by the artist if not for that is done in collaboration with Shamsia Hassani is the first and probably only serious female graffiti writer in Afghanistan. The mural, Birds of no nation represents she herself the with palms of hands raised painted by ElMac, the poem in Arabic and ornamentation have been painted by Shamsia.

Are all captive

Like me

With no voice for singing
