HERAKUT The Giant storybook project - Capítulo 1

The Giant storybook project (El proyecto del libro de historias gigante) es una preciosa iniciativa del dúo de artistas Herakut que trata de contar las salvajes aventuras de los gigantes Lily y Jay a través de grandes murales por todo el mundo. Me parece una idea mágica el hecho de mezclar el arte urbano y los cuentos infantiles.

La historia comenzó en Septiembre con un primer mural titulado " Lily y los monos tontos" pintado en 156 Market Street, Lexington, KY, EEUU, al final os dejo una ilustración de los artistas de como se vería el mural en un libro de dibujos.

The Giant storybook project   is a beautiful initiative of the artist duo Herakut revealing the wild adventures of the giants Lily and Jay through large murals worldwide. I think it's an idea to mix magical fairytales and urban art.

The story began in September with a first mural entitled "Lily and the silly monkeys" painted on 156 Market Street, Lexington, KY, USA, at the end I leave an illustration of artists about how the mural would look in a storybook.
